- Your appointment will automatically be accepted through our system. Please be sure to check your e-mail for the appointment details.
- We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes after it begins. If you contact us for any delay or re-schedule, we will try to accommodate you the best we can. If you don’t contact us, your appointment should be canceled after the 10 minutes grace period.
- At this time, we’re not allowed to do Nails and Toes at the same time. If you make an appointment for both services, please be sure to book at different time even if you choose different Nail Tech. For example : If you want SNS and Pedicure to start at 10AM, you can book either SNS or Pedicure first at 10AM, and then book the other service immediately after. Once the the first service is finished, we will begin the second. You will see the time for each service when booking.
